STATE

OF HOAX

STATE OF HOAX IS A METAPHYSICAL AND INTUITIVE STUDY THAT AIMS TO ENCAPSULATE AND MIRROR, THROUGH IMAGE, THOUGHT AND MOVEMENT, THE WAY THE HUMAN BODY APPEARS TO OURSELVES ACCORDING TO OUR OWN INTELLECT, PERCEPTION, NEED AND PLEASURE.
A MEMORY BASED ON DIFFERENT NARRATIVES, OBSERVATIONS AND REFLECTIONS, HEREIN CONSUMMATED OR SHAPED, GETS US CLOSER TO UNDERSTANDING OUR OWN ORGANISM, AND HOW IT ALLOWS US TO VALUE OUR ENVIRONMENT.
A CRITICAL ACTION BEFORE THE LAWS AND/OR TRENDS THAT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO GOVERN AND INTERFERE WITH OUR OWN BELIEFS.
BY FURTHER ARTICULATING THE PRISTINE PERCEPTION OF OUR IDENTITY AND IDEOLOGY, THIS WORK ASPIRES TO REFLECT THOSE BRANCHES OF OPPRESSION THAT KEEP US BOUND AND CAGED.
IT IS A TRIBUTE TO THE BEAUTY OF THE HUMAN BODY THAT AIMS TO FINE-TUNE, PROTECT AND PORTRAY IT THROUGH CONTEMPORARY DANCE.
A SENSORY EXPERIENCE THAT RAISES THE DUALITIES LINGERING HALFWAY BETWEEN REALITY, FICTION, AND THE SEARCH FOR WHOM WE ARE.

SHIFTING

TIDES

SHIFTING TIDES is an audiovisual dance piece that explores the intersection between climate change and the emotions of new generations. Through movement and sound, this work visualizes the internal struggle and collective urgency in the face of an environmental crisis that is reshaping our reality. Dance, as a language of body and emotion, becomes the perfect metaphor to express the discomfort, hope, and resilience of those who bear the weight of an uncertain future.

The project addresses not only the physical and mental impacts of climate change, but also the profound transformation in humanity's relationship with nature. It is a silent cry that denounces the damage caused, yet also an invitation to imagine a new way of coexistence—one that is more generous and respectful of the ecosystem that sustains us.

Through this work, new generations position themselves as agents of change, wishing to move through a world that cares for itself, where prevention and protection of the planet are fundamental principles. A visual reflection that invites us to question our attitudes and open paths toward a fairer, more sustainable, and peaceful reality."

I CAN HANDLE

THE KICK,

DEAR

I CAN HANDLE THE KICK, DEAR REFLECTS ON THE CONCEPT OF MASS CULTURE.

THE DESIRE OF WANTING TO BREAK FREE FROM A CERTAIN GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO ACT ACORDING TO THE GRADE OF LIKEABILITY THEY CAN EXTRACT FROM INDIVIDUALS OUTSIDE THEIR OWN REALITY, CONDITIONED BY THE STANDARDS THEY HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED IN THE CURRENT SOCIETY IN WHICH WE SUBSIST.

THIS FILM INVESTIGATES THE NEED TFOR APPROVAL AND THE STRUGGLES WE FACE WHEN BREAKING STEREOTYPES THAT INCITE US TO PAY LESS ATTENTION TO THE IMMINENT KICK WE MIGHT RECEIVE AS WE BEGIN TO ABSENT OURSELVES FROM OUR OWN FREEDOM.

A GAMES THAT DIVIDES AND POSITIONS US.

LET’S PLAY.
